I just came across this website http://getsatisfaction.com and just had to post about it here on BlogSprockit.

GetSatisfaction is web 2.0 meets (complaints.com , ripoffreport.com , scambusters.com , etc). and is touted as “People Powered Customer Service”. With it’s social media capabilities, GetSatisfaction looks like a great place to comment about any company and find others who share your views.

Anyway, I thought it’s great site and worth mentioning for any company.

One more thought on GetSatisfaction … if you run your own business perhaps this would be a good marketing tool for you. Perhaps ?

Enjoy … Scott
