It is an interesting concept and would make any marketer's job much, much easier. I have done some pretty heavy real estate marketing in the past for a number of agents and can say without question, that any experienced marketer would jump at the opportunity to have people come to them, rather than vice versa.

Interesting, this is something I will have to follow along with, certainly a new term to me.
