Park Place Property Management wants tenants to pay for routine maintenance

As former property managers I can not believe the company who manages the property we rent sent out an email telling all tenants about a fall furnace special to perform maintenance on their furnace.

Here’s the exact email I received today:

Dear Tenants,

Fall is upon us and the weather is beginning to cool down. Now is a great time to service your furnace to make sure it is running correctly and efficiently. Annual service on the furnace can reduce your utility bills dramatically and will actually save you money through the winter.

We want to help keep your utility bills low so right now Park Place Property Management is offering a full heating system tune up to our tenants for the low price of $99.00. This service is completed by our HVAC certified technicians and includes the following:

  • Check / change air filter if needed
  • Check motor
  • Clean flame sensor
  • Clean inducer port
  • Check heat exchanger
  • Inspect and clean burner assembly
  • Inspect all electrical connections and wiring
  • Check for gas leaks (If applicable)
  • Inspect and clean blower
  • Check air flow
  • Test thermostat
  • Inspect hoses and piping

To track responses, we ask that you respond by filling out this short one question survey, here is the link: (link removed)

I am just floored that they expect the tenants to pay for routine maintenance, this should be something that every property gets as part of their preventative maintenance. It’s in their best interest to keep things running smooth, but that expense should NOT be passed on to the tenants.

Although there’s nothing they have done that is illegal in regards to fair housing regulations because we can chose not to take the offer, I still think it’s shady and just not right to pass this type of expense on to the tenants.

Local App Broker Review: Russel Brunson – Damien Zamora – GoMobile Solutions

This is not a hyped up sales review, in fact I recommend against Russell Brunson’s latest product launch – Local App Broker.

I had a lot of respect for what Russell Brunson has done, especially since he’s a local guy in my area. I think he’s a brilliant marketer, but his latest product launch is something I have a little experience with. So when I kept getting the marketing emails about the local app broker, I was both intrigued and angered. I feel Russell Brunson has made some hugely exaggerated claims that border completely false.

When I read this from one of his emails -

“Just imagine… sitting in the parking lot, 10 minutes before meeting with a local business owner… you make a quick app mockup, walk in with the demo, and 5 minutes later walk out with a $2,500 check.

That’s actually happening right now, to others just like you.”

I couldn’t believe he would actually put that in print, and unless he actually has “others like me” that have made an app demo outside a client’s office, showed them the demo and walked out with a $2,500 check … I don’t know … wouldn’t that be fraud? As for me, I don’t believe it!

I know for a fact it is nearly impossible to create an app in 10 minutes sitting outside a client’s office. For one, the sheer speed of the BiznessApps platform will kill that 10 minute claim. The software they (Russell and Damien) use is the BiznessApps backend, and it is often slow even on a fast broadband connection, let alone a wireless connection (unless you happen to sneak onto an open network when you’re in the parking lot).

I had to see if they were using the same system I had been using – Bizness Apps – so I signed up for their $1 trial offer. Sure enough, the GoMobile Solutions subscription program is using the white label system from Bizness Apps. Nothing against doing that, but when you make claims like the quote above, you better have the balls to back up your claims. Sorry to say, but Russell Brunson and Damien Zamora haven’t provided anything to back up their claims. My respect and admiration for Russell Brunson is completely gone after this latest series of emails.

Russell Brunson has also claimed the software that Damien Zamora has is unique and there’s nothing on the market like it. All the while leading us to believe the software has been created by Damien and his team, since he’s spent the last year working on it. That is completely false, the software being used is licensed from BiznessApps (I can prove it too)

I have no problem with marketers making money off reselling other products or services, but I’m just blown away with the claims that are being made by Russell Brunson and Damien Zamora. I went through their entire system but didn’t find anything compelling to justify the cost of their program to recommend it to anyone. I would save your money and go directly to BiznessApps.

Oh … and proof they’re using BiznessApps … I asked their support team for actual examples of apps that have been approved in the Apple App store to see if Russell Brunson and Damien Zamora have ACTUALLY done what they are teaching others. Not a chance, all I was given were app demo codes to view the demos. After some research I found several of the apps in the actual app store, but they were created by people who have purchased the GoMobile Solutions system. So it appears these guys are teaching, and training people on theories, instead of REAL in the trenches experience. If you take any of the app codes I list below, plug them into the default BiznessApps previewer you will see the demos. If Damien’s system was unique, and something no one else had (as they’re claiming) … then how can their demos display in BiznessApps preview app?

Simple … it’s not their system … they’re reselling a system that has been created by BiznessApps.

In order to view the demo’s you need one of the app previewers. Either the website (white label) no BiznessApps branding, or the BizApps preview app for Apple or Android.

Apple App Previewer
Android App Previewer
Web Previewer (un-branded)

Here are a few app codes:

ares
danispaint
ezsure
pisg
playon
rubustos
peggys
biodent

What do you get with the Local App Broker system for $97/mo?

You get tons of videos that will go through all the basics of creating apps, and lead generation techniques. You get a leads generating software app. You get videos on selling (which I have read you can get directly from the author on his website for $199)

You get ONE app code which allows you to create ONLY ONE demo app. Once the app has been sold and is in the app store you can get another code to create a demo. Or … if you want to do more than one app, you can always purchase more at $97 each (something BiznessApps allows unlimited for free)

You get access to Damien’s design team for $300 per app (BiznessApps charges $100) and to be frank, I don’t see any killer designs. Maybe they can really create apps in 10 minute, because the quality shows.

You also get access to several up-sells – some people need them and can save some time with them- for me, I can design and build websites so they didn’t have anything that was better than BiznessApps, or worth the price of.

Bottom line … the sales and marketing of this system is a classic example WHY the internet marketing field gets such a bad rap. Save your money and go directly with the BiznessApps white label system. You can go direct for $300/mo which includes hosting for your first 10 apps, each app after that is charged $30/mo. An expense you can pass on to the end client.

Then … head over to our Facebook group for Local App Marketers … it’s a closed group, but free to join. There you will find helpful people offering tips, strategies and collaboration on local app marketing.

ZnZ – Zip Nada Zilch – My Real and Honest Review of ZnZ, Cash, One, Bigcash and All In One

My ZnZ, Zip Nada Zilch, complete no hype review. I’m going to outline the good, bad and ugly parts of ZnZ Cash, ZnZ One, ZnZ BigCash, ZnZ All In One and more. There’s one thing I will never be accused of, and that’s pumping up a review just to get the referrals. I hate it when all you find are candy coated sales letters disguised as a review, and to be up front about it, I believe ZnZ is a good work at home system. However, it’s not perfect, so read on to learn what the risks are.

The Zip Nada Zilch Brief Overview – ZnZ

ZnZ is a referral/trial offer network where you’re presented with 50-100 offers from companies offering trials of their products. When you complete an offer, you’re given a credit that makes up part or all of your qualification requirements. Once you’re qualified you’re eligible to promote the system and earn referral commissions (or prizes if you choose) when people you have referred complete their offers and become qualified.

What’s GOOD About the ZnZ System ?

The best part about the Zip Nada Zilch system is anyone can start and become qualified for no out of pocket money. There are enough free trials to get you qualified in the smaller levels like ZnZ One where you only need one credit to qualify, and just about all the offers give you a full credit for completing.

Another good thing about ZnZ is there are REAL people making money with this system. The last numbers I saw, ZnZ has paid out over $5,000,000 in awarded prizes (cash, iPhones, Gift Cards etc.). The company is over 5 years old and no signs of closing down.

Other good parts about ZnZ are the number of options available. They have a dozen or more sites (for a lack of a better term). The most common are ZnZ One, ZnZ Cash, ZnZ BigCash and ZnZ All In One and many others with different qualification requirements. There’s also a good selection of guru’s who have built networks around the ZnZ system, but this also has a bad side, which brings me to the next section.

What ‘s BAD About Zip Nada Zilch?

The biggest challenge with ZnZ is there are so many offers that duplicate into the different sites (ZnZ Cash, All In One etc.) that it can be confusing when trying to qualify for more than one site. The reason people qualify for more than one is because there are higher cash rewards with some. For instance, the ZnZ One site has the easiest qualifications, but only pays a $20 referral prize. Where as the ZnZ All In One site pays $130 but takes three credits to qualify.

Also, most of the gurus who promote Zip Nada Zilch are screaming about getting started with NO MONEY. Yes, it is possible to start with no out of pocket expense but the reality of the system, you’re going to want to qualify for the bigger referral payouts which there’s no way to do for free. When you look at what you can possibly earn, it doesn’t make paying for the trials all that bad. I mean, who’s going to have issues with spending $50 to be eligible for up to $200 per referral (depending on how many sites are qualified)

Here’s the UGLY about ZnZ

It’s one thing to sign up for trials for free or $2-$5 dollars, check out the product or service, but many of the people I have heard, are making it clear to people they can cancel the trials and not have to spend any more money. The truth of the system is, the ZnZ company relies on the consumer actually signing up for the offers that interest them, in chance the companies supplying the offers will gain a new customer. After all, that is WHY ZnZ is able to offer this system. They make money from the companies, and they in turn pay the consumer for referring more people.

Here’s the BIGGEST issue I have with the system … Once you make your way through a few sites and qualify to earn referrals, it gets very difficult to find offers you’re interested in that offer decent credit. As an example, I am qualified on three sites – ZnZ Cash, ZnZ One, and ZnZ BigCash – I qualified in that order. Once I got up to the BigCash site there were a lot of the same offers I saw on the previous sites. The toughest part, was the credits were smaller on the higher qualifying sites. On BigCash most of the offers I could complete (the ones I hadn’t already completed on previous sites) had only .15 and .05 credits, even the high dollar trials ($50 trials) only gave .20 credits

OK … I have to warn you about trying to game their credit system … I thought I was like Wylie Coyote “Super Genius” when I saw that the ZnZ one site had full credits for the offers. You see, if you go over your required credit(s) on any site, you can transfer the overage to another site. I thought I would just set up three offers over my requirement and transfer the credits to the BIG DADDY, ZnZ All In One ( $130 referral fee ). BIG mistake, once the credits were transferred, I learned they don’t transfer 1 to 1, they match the offer with what the credit is on that site. So those three full credits turned into .35 credit on All In One.

OH! and one more tip … select your offers carefully and read the requirements, as well as when the credits get applied. Many of them will credit instantly, but there are some that take 24hr to 14days to credit. I made the mistake and chose a few that credit with in 24 hrs and I was delayed in getting my qualification.

You may have noticed there are a lot of systems being built on top of ZnZ, and some of those systems introduce a higher caliber of earnings. There are also some systems where you’re lucky if you have any type of support. The good thing about ZnZ is if you come across a system you like better, most will allow you to participate by just entering your ZnZ qualified ID. In fact I am testing three systems right now to learn which one has the best earnings potential. I’ll post another post after I have more information to provide.

In the mean time, if you’re considering ZnZ, I would be honored if you would sign up under my links. I will be happy to assist, and answer any questions you may have. Let’s go make some killer money!!

Legal DISCLAIMER: This is an honest review of the ZnZ system but the links I have placed in this review link back to my affiliate page for ZnZ. This means I will earn a commission if you follow the links. You’re more than welcome to go straight to Zip Nada Zilch. My hope is you will see value in this review and if you decide to join, you’ll be happy to join through my affiliate links.
